Product Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty

Our beanbags are covered by warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover  mechanical damage of beanbags due to  improper use of the product.

The warranty applies to product defects that arise due to the Seller's fault.

The warranty applies to all product component parts with an exception of beanbag filler material and its wear that occurs naturally.  Over time the beanbag filler will compress and you will have to top it up.

Natural wear of the Product as a result of its normal use is not  regarded a defect of the Product.

The warranty does not cover the cases when the Products are used inappropriately or are damaged due to the Purchaser's fault.

The Purchaser is obliged to present the following documents to receivea refund: purchase invoice / receipt / purchase agreement.

The Purchaser is advised to retain the above listed documents until the warranty expires.

Return Policy

If you wish to return the Product, you must comply with the conditions underlined below:

In accordance to the procedures laid down in the legislation of the 28 member states of the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway (DIRECTIVE 1999/44/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees and DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 85/577/EEC and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council), the Purchaser holds the right to return the delivered Product for a period of 14 days after the delivery of the Product and receive full refund. If the Purchaser is not happy with the shape, size, colour, type or the components of the Product, the Product can be replaced; in this case the original Product must be returned to the Seller within 14 days after the date of delivery of the Product. The Purchaser covers the expenses of the Product return.

Only the Products that have not been used, soiled or damaged can be replaced or returned to the Seller

If you wish to return the Product, contact the Seller by email  info@puskupusku.ie  and provide information about the type of the product purchased and the date of the purchase in a letter asking to return the Product

The Purchaser must contact the Seller immediately in the following cases: if the Product is delivered in a package that is damaged, if the Purchaser receives products not purchased by him/her or if the quantity of the products is incorrect. The Seller is liable to replace the Product of insufficient quality or to give a full refund to the Purchaser; in this case the Sellercovers all the expenses. If the delivered product is of insufficient quality, the Seller covers the expenses of  the services of the courier taking the Product from the Purchaser and gives full refund to the Purchaser

If the Purchaser wishes to return the Product using the services of the Courier, before doing so, the Purchaser must take a photograph of or scan the purchase invoice/ receipt/ sale and purchase agreement proving the purchase.

The Seller may refuse to accept the return of the Product(s) if the Purchaser does not  follow the procedures laid down in the Return Policy.

On the return of the Product of an INSUFFICIENT quality, the purchaser must indicate the address of the sender (ask for address info@puskupusku.ie), ensure the Product is packed properly and that it will not be damaged while shipping it back to the Seller. The Seller holds no liability for the Products that are sent packed improperly, to an incorrect address,  or if the Products are damaged or lost while returning them.

If the Purchaser decides to return the Product of good quality, the money for additional services (e.g. delivery or assembly of the furniture) is not compensated.

The Purchaser cannot Return the Product in cases when individual sales agreement is made, when buying custom and personalised products (e.g. individually customised dimensions, custom embroidery and/or print on the beanbags, etc.). More information is available on the website info@puskupusku.ie
